Yes, all people are law-abiding, friendly, respectful, have common sense and (enter all other favorable characteristics here _________), right? Unfortunately, no. We know Terms Of Services are a pain to read and (for us) a headache to draft up but it has to be done. So let's do our part since ultimately it's for the benefit of our members and the sanity, (Ooops!), we mean harmony at bac-Clan.

By using bac-Clan services you are agreeing and obligated with adhering to our terms and conditions. If you do not agree or will not comply to our terms and conditions in part or in full, simply do not use our services. Our Terms and Conditions include, But Not Limited To, Are:

bac-Clan services are not to be used for unlawful purposes or which are prohibited by our terms and conditions.
Our Moderators and Administrators have final say.
Be respectful to yourself and towards other members...Aliens too.
We expect discussions to be civil no matter how intense the discussions become.
While discussions on race, ethnicity, religious and political beliefs, lifestyle, thoughts and ideas are ok, personal attacks are prohibited. Seriously, if you do not know what the differences are between discussions and personal attacks don't bother using our services.
Other prohibited actions include, but not limited to, are: Threatening, harassing, stalking, defaming, belittling, posting sexually-explicit content, causing any member to feel uncomfortable, expressing hate directly or indirectly towards another member, violating legal and privacy rights of members.
There are many colors of the rainbow.
Posting, linking or referencing to warez or any other illegal content are prohibited.
Commercial advertising (unwanted spam) without the explicit permission by bac-Clan is prohibited and seriously annoying. Simply, do not sell anything unless you have our explicit permission to do so.
You are responsible for all content that you provide and the contents are provided voluntarily.
bac-Clan does not monitor or control the content you provide and will not be held responsible or liable for your content.
bac-Clan does not endorse any candy...At this time.
Our Moderators and Administrators have other obligations and interests outside of bac-Clan so do not expect them to be present 24/7. We are all responsible for the well-being of our community so please help by looking out for any activities that are unlawful or violates our site policies.
Our Moderators and Administrators are human beings and will make mistakes so give them a break.
Our members too are human beings so exercise tolerance, patience and understanding whenever interacting with one another.
Read a book, watch tv, play outside, come sing with me...
Our Moderators, Administrators and members are not robots...They do think for themselves. Their opinions and expressions do not necessarily reflect those of bac-Clan.
Our Moderators and Administrators will generally leave a thread alone unless it is or has potential of disrupting the harmony of bac-Clan, unlawful or violates our site policies.

We do not guarantee the accuracies of information contributed by our members so use discretion and common sense.
bac-Clan reserves the right to edit, move, close, copy, delete any content in part or in full that have been contributed by all parties who use our services. We reserve the right to deny requests to edit or delete contributed content. Moreover, we obtain the right to use all contributed content in perpetuity.
Requests to modify or delete accounts will be handled on a case by case basis.
bac-Clan respects the privacy of our members. However, we reserve the right to read private messages or communications if reported by a member or if we have reason to suspect the private messages or communications are used for unlawful purposes or is in violation or our policies.
Batteries are not included in our services.
bac-Clan reserves the right to deny site access and services to anyone and for any reason.
Our services are provided "AS IS". bac-Clan is not liable for any damages, losses, emotional or physical distress of any kind should they occur as a result of using our services directly or indirectly. However, if you become smarter, more attractive, friendlier or a better person overall as a result of using our services directly or indirectly give us props. We make no guarantees when our services are available due to known or unknown factors. Periodically our hosting provider or bac-Clan will run upgrades, modifications or maintenance and as a result our services may be unavailable during those times. We reserve the right to disable or terminate our services any time without prior notice.

bac-Clan prohibits copyright infringement. We do not monitor or control the content you provide, therefore, it is your responsibility to make sure any content you provide is clear of copyright restrictions or you have the explicit permission from the content's author(s). If you have reason to believe content here at bac-Clan violates copyright laws contact us immediately.

Any member who violates our Terms Of Service or all other site policies may be subject to suspension or banning and may be prosecuted for their actions. If we are required by law, regulation, court order, subpoena or any other legal processes unmentioned, bac-Clan may disclose any personally idenfiable information and take any other action to comply with the law.

bac-Clan reserves the right to modify our Terms Of Service and all other site policies without prior announcement. It is your responsibility to check back periodically for any updates to these policies. All changes to our policies are retroactive.
