Just thought I'd drop by to say hi and compliment Top Gun (aka. SecretWeapon) on some good games last night. As you said yourself, taking the advice really helped. I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised and greatly enjoyed the challenge and good attitude.

Don't worry, I don't have any intention of continuing with that discussion because I've yet to see any meaningful reply to the points I brought up. The people concerned know who they are, and I frankly could not care less.

As for the pic in the sig, that’s Picasso’s “Guernica” depicting the bombing of Guernica on April 26, 1937 by Hitler’s Luftwaffe is support of the Spanish Fascists under Franco. The bombing deliberately targeted the civilian population; over one hundred thousand pounds of incendiary and high explosive bombs were dropped, slaughtering upwards of 1,500 people with 800 wounded, destroying more than 700 homes, and igniting a fire that burned for 3 days. The Nazis claimed that the attacks were meant to destroy a bridge in the center of town to cut off the Republican rebels that were fighting the Franco’s army -- and that the attack had been a "terrible mistake" -- but the bridge, and several small munitions factories were some of the few structures that actually survived the assault and ensuing fire.

I find the concern that you show about the affect that one person can have on this community to be quite interesting, given your total disregard for the effect that the same person has on the BZ2 community. It’s pretty hard to “grow past” Sep’s lameness when he continues to do those very things that led to the argument we had on the old board. Like you, I don’t want to revisit this issue and that being the case, you should do something to address the causes of it. I will leave it at that.

If you read my initial post, you will see that I came here to compliment one of your members, not to instigate anything. That being said, I will not deal with or talk to Sep – period - I do not respect him, I do not find his antics amusing, and I simply will not. If my being able to post here is contingent on me acting in contravention of what I wish to do, then I will not post here – it's that simple.

There are people in {bac} that I do respect, Top Gun being one of them, and I would rather have this way of communicating with him, but if you opt that I should go, I will. After all, this is your board.

WASSUP AGAIN!:

Err...About Picasso. Hmm...I'm familiar with his work and have my reservations with it. A while back I made an abstract painting (that took between 20 - 30 mins) as a project and won an award judged by professionals of this field. Since that time I lost respect with the genre because my lack of effort and creativity was indeed compromised and yet I was recognized for it.

The complexity that's behind the work is less revealing then what is seen externally but seems to be judged purely on what's seen painted on the canvas. For that matter I only admire the works that Picasso made prior to his revelation...LOL!

You seem 'refined' as they say (LOL!) and I admire those who are well-rounded. One more thing...Did you know that Picasso was not the first to do abstract? He just got credited for it. Anyway, let me know what you think. Until then...
