can u help me? here the problem:

i run a computer on windows 2000 professionall
im not admin on that computer and i could install Mirc and ICQ
now the problem is that for run ICQ i used the port 53 and i configured the proxy (socks4) with the autoconfigur system integrated in ICQ. But now i want to connect to bac IRC server by using Mirc but i dont have any idea on how to configure it with the proxy im not sure if i have a firewall (but i think so).

so now im asking for some help, i know this may sound difficult but i really want to get it running!

P.S.

i cant ask to admin to unlock the proxy or firewall the should not know im connected to chat lol!

unless your a system admin...forget about it AT ALL.
If you are caught doing anything malicious....plan on going to jail for it...
