Hey guys, i got problems with ICQ. When I start ICQ, it says error, and shuts icq down.

this is an error. What should i do?

ICQ caused an invalid page fault in
module MSVCRT.DLL at 0167:7800a01d.

thats wat u should do.. download trillian its a great chat client and only 12 meg... it has aol messanger msn messenger mirC yahoo messenger and ICQ all in one neat lil contact list...

If I remember well, the MSVCRT.DLL is a Visual Basic file. So try to download the latest VB runtime File for your operating system.

If that doesn't work, try to reinstall ICQ.

If that still doesnt' work use this (need java installed) :

wassup troop! hope ur icq is fixed, if not...

reinstall icq over same icq folder, if same problem, install icq in a differnet folder.. i got a feeling u have a damaged file(s) in icq

I read that Trillion will just lose AOL account. This news was in January. I don't know the current word.

Trillian looks nice and all but there are soo many options not available in it like No History and as far as I remember no groups ya can make.

Then again looks real slick with the silver XP skin
