This is the screen I get when I run UT. I know a GPF is a memory issue, but what is causing the conflict? I am guessing 2 things are trying to use the same piece of memory, but I don't know how to fix it.

=/ Erm, well, dunnow what 2 say =(, i told u i had the same error, but that was due to a Processor Over Clock, i removed the clocking, and reinstalled windows, and everything was A-O.K....

GPF is not be a direct memory issue mainly it is a trap set by the OS when CPU cant process a command / calculate in a program. this may be a corrupted program installed, or damaged, or unstable system lead to memory loss/change.
