ok here is the problem I made a temporary server and everyone I know can connect to my server But my friend who wants to made a temperary server also could not get anyone to connect .

Could be because of a firewall, some intruder protection like blackice, or maybe the settings are just wrong, if he has a firewall try disabling it as a test, if the server works then...well, you know he's gotta tweak his settings.

0 is the amount of minutes (0 for permanent any other is a time in minutes)
