bz2 mp problem

so here is the story.
in most of the rooms when im trying to enter world ,while waiting for gamestate my ping grows till about 3000 and i get autokicked ,this is on windows xp.
in w98 when i try looking for games my i-net connection terminates.

Did it always happen in win 98?

Suggestions

reinstall bz2.

reinstall win98.

reinstall dial up networking.

setup a new dial up networking connection.

Or just blitz it and install the whole lot from scratch, always fun smilies/biggrin.gif

um.. try to reinstall bz2 in another folder..

no, it was always ok with w98 till i installed xp (dunno how it can be related)
now the funny part - after reinstalling dial up i get blue screens on every app that access internet (IE,icq,kazaa...) when im logged on, and i get av when bz2 tries looking for sessions.
well, now ill try to get bz2 cd.

thanks a lot opp, but i think it will be much easier if ill download it in case i dont find the cd here. as i remember it takes about 150mb archived which will take about 6 hours to d/l. its way faster than mail :)

oh.. i got rid of XP after running it with bz2 as HOST... just dont work for me.. =(
