some CS problems

u know how u get the 'logging on to valve' window when you click on 'play online'? my computer takes very long to load that up but (eventually) it opens up, like after a minute or so...why's this?

and also, while playing a game of CS on the net, i encounter some errors that quit CS and sometimes disconnects me off the internet (im using 56k). these errors are:
NET_SendPacket ERROR: WSAEINTR
and
NET_SendPacket ERROR: NO ERROR - and this one is usually the one that cuts my connection to my ISP. this pisses me off greatly and it happened while i was training wit [bac] on the 1st of June (AUS div.)
has anyone else encountered these errors before and know howto fix it??

I get those erros also, and I have cable. I thionk it has something to do with 1.4

whn i press done it freezes and comes back after like 2 min >_<

tiger, i suggest u connect using console copy and paste ip
and exit as many ways as u can, b4 quiting game type "disconnect" in console then try getten outa game different way to what u usually do...ie if u press esc use the mouse instead and vice versa
it might sound like a **** theory but it works for me!
