WinXP and BZ2

has any1 ever had any problems with compatibility or anything on winxp and bz2. i got it but due to some talk about a problem am afraid to open it, because after i open it...i can't take it back to the store. it's windows xp proffessional upgrade 2002 version...i am upgrading from win me. pls help.

I have no problems with XP pro (corperate edition) and BZ2, however you have to be sure that your computer hardware is compatible with XP.
