when im at work i allways wanted to install icq but when done he sais that im behind a firewall( i know swiss post office sucks lol)

well as a good b**tard worker lol

i want to install it anyway

well tell me if is there a way to do it or to find out the firewall config

(i tryed with internet explorer but its locked)

If you are on a network and are behind a firewall....there is no way around this. The ONLY way to punch through a hardware firewall, is to have access to the firewall configuration. You could try to install a keylogger on your machine at work and HOPE that an administrator logs on to your machine. Then you would have access to allow permissions.

Hmmmzz,
As far as I know ICQ for windows is an appz that goes thru firewalls pretty easy. I worked at a newspaper where they have a firewall which is set at the paranoid settings lol.
With a Macintosh I couldn't install ICQ cause the ICQ version on a Mac is way behind the PC. However the 2001 version bite his way thru the firewall.

it is the web based version of ICQ. You don't get all the bells and whistle, but you will still be able to use it.
