FIFA 2005. LOL indeed. I've got it right here. What have I done? LOL.
But I won't buy FM. I just want some decent soccer. Online a bit, you know. PES4. But first I'll wait when it's out in the Netherlands, and then I will chat with the youngsters in our familiy about it, before I make another drastic decision.

But the "First Touch" control is critisized too much in my opinion. I love it. But that, and the official licenses are the only good thing about the game. And the graphics. But now the choppy-bug is still there: RENDER_ALL_AI_FRAMES. Enabling that option is not implemented in FIFA 2005. So no super smooth animation on pc, even when you're fps are like 130 like mine.

It is very difficult to control your shooting in FIFA2005.

As for FM2005, as a long time CM player i have one thing to say. Its beautiful. http://www.bac-clan.com/forum/images/smilies/ubb_import/happy_angel_harp1.gif

I loved FIFA 2005! I mean it's horrible but after 2004 it's a great inprovement! FIFA 98 was the best and 99 was alright! Evern since then FIFA games are going down! I'm gonna look into this game val being a big soccer fan http://www.bac-clan.com/forum/images/smilies/ubb_import/happy_biggrin1.gif

Stopped playing Fifa after 2003, and it seemed to me that with every FIFA the Interface was getting worse and worse. I loved FIFA on Sega Genesis http://www.bac-clan.com/forum/images/smilies/ubb_import/happy_biggrin1.gif . From Soccer/Football games only play Total Club Manager now.

So be prepared. It is not like FIFA 2005 where where 9 keys (on PC) is enough. But if you're one of those "true" soccer fans who wants to see some real footbal in his game (after mastering the controls), then go for it.

Thumbs below is a review in PC-ZONE. Click to magnify and have fun reading.
Nevermind the comments about no online play. PES 4 has full online capabilities. At the time the review was written, plans about multiplayer for PES 4 weren't done yet.

Remember, you will need a DVD player for PES 4.
